Orange Log Cookies

I'm sure most of you have seen this recipe made with strawberry, chocolate or lemon cake mixes but I tried Orange cake mix and put chocolate chips in it and it tastes like the orange chocolate logs you can buy at Christmas time. These cookies are super easy and really soft.

Orange Log Cookies

1 pkg. Orange Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil or 1 sq. melted margarine

1 pkg. chocolate chips

Mix together. You may have to use your hands to finish mixing it together. Batter will be a dry batter. If sticky, mix in a little flour until not sticky. Add 1/2 to whole pkg. of chocolate chips. Roll into small balls and crisscross with a fork. Never add water. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or longer until not shiny anymore. You can use strawberry or lemon cake mix and leave out the chocolate chips or use a chocolate cake mix.
