These are my new favorite cookies. So if you ask me to bring a dessert anywhere...be forewarned that this is what I will bring. I am in LOVE.
1 spice cake mix
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1 cup chocolate chips
Mix dry cake mix with can of pumpkin. Add chocolate chips.
Yes, that is all. Really. Truly. No more ingredients. Jump up and down and shout hooray.
Drop spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
Makes aprox. 3 dozen. (or less if your husband makes man-cookies like mine did! They were perfect, Babe!)
Drink with glass of milk and hide them from everyone else. Seriously. They are that good.
And one more thing: Since it is fall...this recipe is floating all around blogdom. I don't know who to give credit to...just know I didn't make it up myself!

Thanks for the link and all the many places to get to this recipe! It is also really good with cinnamon chips. It is hit and miss to find them, but they can normally be found at Macy's!
